Again the time has come to celebrate the biggest festival in India. I hope Diwali 2018 is going to be awesome for everyone with lots of happiness and celebrations. But during the festive Diwali celebration don’t forget to take care of your Health and Fitness.
In every Diwali, we eat whatever we want without any control and taking care of our health. Some people who have medical problems also don’t care about what they are putting in their plate during Diwali.
Here I’m Going to share some simple tips to stay healthy during Diwali celebration. It will help you a lot and to your family also. Before starting I just want to say that, I’m not stopping you from eating your favourite sweets and dishes.
1. Breakfast Advice
Never start your day with just sweets and high calories foods. At least start your day with a healthy breakfast, have some good amount of protein and fibre. No Sugar, Fat, and Oil.
2. Cut Down Some Calorie During Diwali
I know that the fragrance of sweet is in every corner of your home and currently you have thrown your fitness goal out of the window. But I want to suggest you, eat whatever you want but track down your calories intake because if you will store to many calories you gotta need to struggle hard to burn those calories.
3. Low-fat and Low-sugar Ingredients
It’s the best idea to avoid buying sweets from the market, better to make sweets at home. When you are making sweets at home always pick ingredients which are low in fat and sugar, so this way you can also avoid having high-calorie sweets.
4. Use of Oil
Cooking delicacies for your guest that’s sound good but make sure to use very less amount of oil for cooking. If you can afford olive oil then that is the best option. Also, Don’t fry anything too much.
5. Stay Hydrated
During Diwali celebration, every time is snack time, but don’t forget to keep yourself hydrated. Drink Plenty of water from time to time. Don’t Forget it because it will help you to remove fat, toxic from your body.
6. Eat in Small
After seeing sweets or your fav dish don’t go bingo or eat it all in a single go. My suggestion is to eat less at a time and eat frequently.
Seriously don’t go mad, you need to control your emotions because Diwali celebration is just for one week. After that, you have to burn those extra calories.
